When will I get my film back?
Because we send the film away to Christchurch (Wellington for B&W film) for developing, it takes about a week (give or take) to head down there, be processed, and arrive back to our store. We will email you a dropbox folder with the digital prints, and send you a text to let you know they have been shared. If you requested us to keep the negatives for you or print out your photos, these will be available to be collected the day after you receive the text.
Do you do Camera Repairs?
We don’t repair cameras, your best option for that is CW Services in Timaru. You can find their website here.
They are also our top recommendation for camera cleaning, however we do sell kits if you would like to do it yourself at home.
Do you Laminate Files?
Our longlife paper is waterproof and sturdy, and is a good substitute for lamination, but we don’t have the ability to laminate files. We recommend Copyart for lamination, as they are located just down the road at 6 McGlashen Avenue in Richmond.
